Thursday 13: 13 Romantic Things to Do For Halloween
Halloween isn’t too far away and it’s the perfect time to get close and cuddly with your special someone. Here are 13 of my favorite romantic things to do for Halloween.
1. Visit the local pumpkin patch and pick out a pumpkin to carve together. Make a romantic evening out of carving it.
2. Create a new holiday tradition together, whether you buy each other a special treat, bake a pumpkin pie, or enjoy hot cider on a hayride.
3. Choose costumes for one another without the other knowing and dress up together in whatever your sweetie has chosen.
4. Walk through a haunted corn maze together. Haunted trails and houses are a great way to get close and the lonely corn field is a perfect location for stealing a few romantic kisses.
5. Once the kids are wore out from trick or treating, put them to bed, pop some popcorn, and heat up a couple mugs of spiced cider, then snuggle together on the couch for a night of scary movies that will keep you close.
6. Visit a graveyard after dark and creep around scaring each other. Make sure the graveyard is open to avoid trouble.
7. Stay home and pass out candy together. When the little ghouls and goblins have all gone home, turn down the lights and dress in your own sexy Halloween costumes for some trick-or-treating fun of your own.
8. Decorate your house and yard together. Take pictures and make a scrapbook page or Halloween collage together to remember the occasion.
9. Take a trip to your local fall carnival or harvest festival. Play games together and win prizes for your sweetie. Savor the scrumptious fall foods and act like teenagers again.
10. Plan a romantic gothic dinner for two. Decorate with candles and creepy skulls and bones, dress up in your favorite vampire costumes, and enjoy an eerie dinner alone by the flickering candles. Serve a deep red wine in heavy goblets
11. Dress up as a medieval knight and spend the entire evening charming your sweetheart with chivalry.
12. Carve a special pumpkin for your honey while they are away and surprise them by placing it on the front step before they get home. Try carving hearts or ‘I Love You’ in the Jack-O-Lantern.
13. Dress up as a bride and groom and go trick-or-treating together. Make arrangements with a friend to give your ‘bride’ her special treat and propose at the front door.
What are your favorite romantic ideas for Halloween?

Wow! My girlfriend was proposed to on Halloween. Of course her boyfriend was dressed up like the guy from Halloween (with a hockey mask) and rang the doorbell like a trick or treater. She said "Yes!" I would've screamed!

Oooh, that list is sooo sweet! Really, I can already picture the scenes you described.
Too bad we don't really have a Halloween tradition here in Belgium :-(
Happy TT to you!
